Summary: The issue stemmed from infrastructure device updates conducted in the Telia Cygate data center, which we did not anticipate to impact the availability of our services.

Resolution: After detecting the incident, communication was established with Telia Cygate, leading to the restoration of service connectivity by the provider.

Next Steps: Moving forward, we aim to improve communication about planned maintenance activities in the data center.
