Some MyCashflow stores experienced slowdowns and interruptions in service between 0.00-0.30 due to unusually high traffic combined with increased bot activity, which temporarily exceeded server capacity and caused connection errors.

Next steps
We will continue work already in progress to (1) strengthen bot-mitigation so that abnormal automated traffic cannot consume a disproportionate share of resources, and (2) improve preparedness and capacity planning to ensure we have sufficient extra headroom before known traffic peaks, supported by an ongoing project to increase and manage spare capacity more systematically.
